I was impressed with how well appointed this property was, especially because of the very reasonable price. The staff were very kind.

I am used to staying in places that are nice, so I was a little worried, and saw mixed reviews, but it was just a place to crash before a very early flight out of smf the next morning. This was such a pleasant surprise-- very clean, modern furniture, didn't hear noise from other rooms, and there is a 24 hour security guy making sure it's all cool. The room was nicer than one I just spent almost 3 times as much on at the coast. I will definitely stay again next time I have an early flight out. McDonalds and Black Bear Diner are just across the parking lot, and Carl's and Dennys are on the next block, so very convenient.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a microwave and fridge.

Room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Small things: I like the pump bottles for soaps and lotions. I like the hairdryer had a night light. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very nicely furnished. Breakfast was minimal but fine and coffee was good! Miguel at front desk was friendly and helpful.
